Since its establishment in 2007, they have focused on design innovation and R&D. Their designs have been crafted with highly durable materials including aluminium, textilene with quick dry foam and acrylic fabrics.

The company has two Chinese factories, one in Suqian and the other in Jiaxing where they export over 360 containers per year globally.

Factory M's products are exported to more than 60 countries and regions in the world, and are widely used in the world's top five-star hotels and resorts, such as Hilton, Sheraton, Marriott, Fairmont alongside other international hotels and residential applications.
